AI Hub는 여러 AI 모델(ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok 등)을 통합하여 제공하는 AI 어시스턴트 서비스입니다. 본 약관에 동의함으로써 사용자는 서비스 이용 조건을 수락합니다.

2. AI 생성 콘텐츠 면책 / AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI가 생성한 모든 콘텐츠는 참고용이며, 정확성이나 완전성을 보장하지 않습니다. 특히:

3. 이용자의 의무 / User Obligations

서비스를 불법적인 목적으로 사용하지 않아야 합니다. / Users must not use the Service for illegal purposes.
다른 사용자의 계정을 무단으로 사용하지 않아야 합니다. / Users must not access others' accounts without authorization.
서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위를 하지 않아야 합니다. / Users must not interfere with normal service operations.
API를 무단으로 자동화하거나 남용하지 않아야 합니다. / Users must not automate or abuse the API without permission.

4. 데이터 보관 / Data Retention

사용자의 대화 기록은 서비스 품질 향상 및 맥락 유지를 위해 보관됩니다:

대화 기록: 최대 1년간 보관, 사용자 요청 시 삭제 가능 / Chat history: Retained up to 1 year, deletable upon request
계정 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보관 / Account info: Retained until account deletion
자동 백업: 일 1회 수행 (RPO 24시간) / Auto backup: Performed daily (RPO 24 hours)

5. 계정 해지 / Account Termination

사용자에 의한 해지: 사용자는 언제든지 관리자에게 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 삭제 시 모든 개인정보 및 대화 기록이 영구 삭제됩니다.

Termination by user: Users may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, all personal data and chat history will be permanently removed.

6. 서비스 변경 및 중단 / Service Changes & Interruption

서비스는 사전 통지 후 변경, 중단될 수 있습니다. 긴급한 보안 문제나 기술적 장애의 경우 즉시 중단될 수 있으며, 이에 대한 책임은 제한됩니다.

The Service may be modified or suspended with prior notice. In case of urgent security issues or technical failures, the Service may be interrupted immediately with limited liability.

7. 지적재산권 / Intellectual Property

사용자가 입력한 콘텐츠의 소유권은 사용자에게 있습니다. AI가 생성한 응답에 대한 권리는 각 AI 제공업체의 이용약관에 따릅니다.

Users retain ownership of their input content. Rights to AI-generated responses are subject to each AI provider's terms of service.

8. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결 / Governing Law

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁 발생 시 서울중앙지방법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
